Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This was/is a VEC CJ-2A, though it has some mods now.. Note the early windshield, too.

“1946 CJ 2A. Has a Chevy 235 bolted to a T90 trans and Dana 20 transfer case. Has a Dana 30 front axle with disk breaks and an AMC 20 factory posi rear end. Needs some work still. Frame repaired in front and plated.”
This 2A has some updates and has been militarized. The seller notes the jeep ran prior to the rebuild. So, it’s not clear to me if it currently runs?

“1946 Willy’s CJ2A Flat Fender with Ford V8 302 and headers. Restored in 2006. Sprung over lift. Ramsey PTO winch. 35” Mickey Thompson Baja Claws. This rig will not get stuck. No rust in body. All new steel floor with sprayed arma coat bed liner.”
This includes a bed extender, rear PTO, and drum pulley.
