1953 Willys Wagon rust free body and rolling chassis project – $4,500 (Red Wing, MN)

I purchased this with the intentions of swapping the body onto a modern chassis. Unfortunately, I have come to the realization that I will not get to this project.
The body is very straight and clean for a 1953. Other than a little patina it is solid and rust free. It came from California and then Colorado. It was recently trailered here and then I purchased it. I have the title. If you know Willys, you know how rare a rust free wagon is. NO motor or trans. Rolls well and has good tires. Cash only. The original chassis was a 2 wheel drive. It would make great restoration candidate, rat rod, or resto-mod. no low ballers

1950 WILLYS CONVERSION PICKUP – $24,000 (Glen Ellyn, Il.)

Up for sale is my 1950 Willys conversion pickup. Converted from a Jeep station wagon into a pickup truck. A pickup with a unibody frame! Someone removed the rear, top of the station wagon, converting it to a pickup/tender with an extended cab. All steel body, custom interior, new wiring, digital dash, power windows and wipers, A/C, 350 motor, 600 CFM carb, 300 HP. headers with glasspak mufflers. This is an awesome show, we had a few Willys out last year and had a good time for a great local organization. I’ve been going last 6 years as a volunteer. Mars Wrigley does a wonderful job and always lots of give aways and family friendly event.

The Great Willys Picnic, Show and Swap Meet
Sunday June 8, 2025 from 9 am – 2 pm at the Wanamaker, Kempton & Southern Railroad
located in Kempton, Pennsylvania
It’s time to plan for the 25th annual Great Willys Picnic, Car Show and Swap Meet, the largest Willys event in the Northeast. All vehicles are welcome: stock, modified, projects, CJs, Wagons, Trucks, Jeepsters, Military, Cars and even GPWs! Pre-1970 Willys vehicles are eligible to win door prizes and great Raffles are available for everyone. The Jeep Field is open for showing all more modern Jeeps. There is plenty of space for selling your spare parts in the swap meet area. Bring your Willys memorabilia and interesting parts for show and tell. Be sure to arrive early to have enough time to see all the Jeeps before the door prize winners and raffles are announced at 2:00 PM. Bring your own picnic lunch or purchase food at the refreshment stand. This event goes on Rain or Shine.
The Picnic will be held on the grounds of the
Wanamaker, Kempton Southern Railroad
Located in the scenic village of Kempton, Pennsylvania. This is a great setting to display our classic Willys vehicles, as well as entertainment for the entire family. Also on-site is the Schuykill & Lehigh Model Railroad Club’s HO model train display. Please support the Railroad and take the optional train ride for a very reasonable fee.
As always the Willys Picnic, Show and Swap is free. Do not fall for any scams, the Willys Picnic is FREE. There is no preregistration.
