Thanks Sonny for this great find. It is a screaming deal that shouldn’t last long.  That’s a really rare setup.

    Never saw one like that. This is the later cj5 with the longer fenders. I did not even know they had stuff like this once they stopped using the Dana/Spicer 18 t case!

    Look at where the grill is vis-a-vis the front spring shackles. I’m gonna guess that the body and front clip were added to an earlier frame/running gear. I bet the tc is a dana 18.

    It is a 72 or newer. Has the longer front fenders and facilities for side marker lights. Also no gas tank opening on driver side.

    1968 I worked at a place that built a similar hole digger. I cut pipe and nibbled ends for proper fit. We built several of those that year. John Smith inventor/builder.
