UPDATE: Price dropped to $1800. This looks like a good price and includes a winch. Note the customized windshield, too. The seller did correct the V-6 to a Flathead 6.
(08/03/2012) It looks like the rear axle has been updated, so that part of the running gear isn’t original. The driver side entrance has been chopped a bit.

It looks like this has an old Studebaker Champion flat head straight 6 engine.
Yeah that’s not a V6. Did anyone make a flathead V6? Interesting red window below the windshield. I wonder what the dryer vent or stove pipe coming through the floor between the seats is.
I don’t recall any American manufacturer making a flathead V6, either
