Ann and I are back in Seattle tonight awaiting Dad’s surgery tomorrow. He is having his aortic valve replaced. We expect things will go well, but there are a few complications, so it’s no simple surgery.
Therefore, just a few updates tonight. More tomorrow.
Also, I will be signing books at the WAAAM Museum in Hood River, Oregon, this Saturday. So, stay tuned for more on that later this week.
Praying for you guys and your Dad….that all goes well for him. Don’t worry about the website, you are where you need to be, Dave.
Hope all goes well!
Tell your dad Mitch says good luck but that he won’t need it. He’ll be ready to make 85 when it’s done!
Dave-
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family through this procedure. We will all be here when you get ready to sign on again.

Dave –
Went through the same thing with my Dad. It was tough but well worth it. My thoughts are with you.

Thoughts and prayers to you and your family Dave
Thanks everyone … the doc ‘installed’ the new heart valve, replacing the old replacement valve. He’s in ICU recovering and will begin another trip from, as he might say, from being horizontal to vertical.
David, I’m glad to hear your dad did well in surgery, Mindy and I are thinking about you guys.
Dave-
Good to hear your dad came through the surgery OK. OUr thoughts and prayers will still be with you!
