Don’t forget the $1 dollar.
“Drives, runs and stops!
The things that make take it away from being original is it has chrome wheels, a 2 inch lift, gas tank move to the back (rather than under the seat) it also has a chevy 283 in it (all the rest from what I can tell is stock or original. It also has high back seats. The floor has been diamond plated and rhino lined. it also has roll bar in the back.
Title is clean and in my name.

The body is covered in sheet metal wrap. There should be vertical seams at each end of the rear plate. Also you can see the edge of the plate on the drivers side covering the the shovel and ax indents. Now the one good point,it has the very rare, and looks to be original, winterization hood cover with the front grille cover. The front cover is visible rolled up to the top of the grille. These were installed on some jeeps in the last year of WW2.A very hard to find accessory that any WW2 jeep restorer would die for.
Thanks Lester. Those are all good points!
Dave, just realized this is the same jeep listed on your site with a July 24 date. The picture of the jeep from the rear with a pickup in the background is identical in both listings. But the town name is Redmond,WA not Bothell,Wa.On the 24th it was listed as a GPW.Just for your info.I do not know but maybe Bothell is a suburb of Redmond. If not could be scam?
Lester … good catch. Redmond and Bothell aren’t too far from each other. Perhaps the seller moved the location. I’ll delete the Redmond post. Thanks!!!
