I went and looked at this several weeks ago when he first had it up for 600 bucks. It is completely rusted through and the topper is beat terribly bad. The motor is seized and the carb is filled to the top with sediment. It has the three data plates and the tool indentions. I would value it more as scrap metal than parts. I couldn’t find any usable parts on it.
