UPDATE: Price dropped to $11,000
(03/21/2011) This is a pretty rig. It’s mostly stock, though there are a few changes. One of them is that the windshield arms have been swapped in a clean manner for differently shaped arms. I thought the idea to put the lights under the rear was a creative solution to keep from drilling lights into the body; however, if they will take a pretty good pounding in dirty or gravel from flying rocks or dirt or water.
“This 1946 Willys CJ2A was completely restored and runs like a Swiss watch! Less than 1,000 miles of recently rebuilt flathead 4 cylinder engine. Carb rebuilt. All seals replaced, no leaks. 4×4, hubs, transfer case and transmission all in top-notch condition. New paint job — a real head-turner! New military tires. It breaks my heart to part with this Jeep, but I’m having to relocate for work and can’t take it with me. My loss is your gain! Happy to answer any questions you have. Please call 561-450-7524 or email mediarazzi@gmail.com.”
This was on CL in January from a different seller. I forget the price, but it was on the west coast of FL…. I think it was pretty cheap. I spoke to the seller, but had just picked up another 46 and couldn’t get to this one in time.
Hi, can you tell mehow much you are asking for it?
Hi Juan,
You’ll need to contact the seller at his email address listed within the text above to find out what he wants for it.
Thanks,

Dave… you have the patience of Job. If people just checked the ebay ad, they’d see his price of $12,500 with the bidding at $9,400 right now. Not hard to see the Jeep in the column to the right. Guess it’s just like the kids asking where stuff is because it’s easier than actually looking for themselves!
Should this not have bow holders?
Yes, it should.
Owner can’t be to sad to get rid of it….12,000 tears….dollars?
The first thing I’d do, would be to paint the windshield red, put tailights in their proper place, remove the gas can and put the tailgate back to original.
