Wow! A 3B with a 3A windshield!
Some odd restoration at some places. Not a true 3B body. Driver’s seat and gas tank configuration is different.
Part M38 and/or MB. It’s a Monet. Great from a distance, but get closer and . . . .
Still, its a Willys and could be a good ride, just not all 3B
