This appears pretty stock.  I don’t know much about the electric Braden Winch.

“This M38 has quite a storied past. It is a great Jeep in excellent restorable condition. Other than two small spots behind the passenger seat, it’s rust free. Even the tool box is sound. The Jeep runs. It has a period correct Braden electric winch. The Jeep was delivered March/52, I don’t don’t know when the winch showed up, but it’s been there a while.
