Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: As Lee points out, this has the wrong gauge cluster for a 59. Either the year is off or the body is a replacement or something else.
Seems worth a look. Will need work of some kind. Appears to have some EasyLok hubs.

Not a 59, 5 gage cluster would be 53-54, 59 would have the single speedometer cluster. M151 wheels, looks like an overdrive also.
