Merlin shared this DJ-5 with an unusual fiberglass replacement body on Facebook. One person thinks the body is a “Bum-Vee” body, but I couldn’t confirm that. Anyone recognize this body? It reminds me of the Parmley body.

Wasn’t there a company that was rebuilding/refurbishing Mail DJ-5s awhile back, I wonder if that ever worked out and if they are still around.
I saw a jeep body like that in Inyoken CA in 2015. It was sitting on a jeep chassis. Iw ill try to find a photo.
Dave just posted about a Safari Kar, that is the company that I was thinking about. I will have to research more about them and what happened to them.
