COOL. You’d see a lot of this type of “customizing” in the 1950’s 60’s.
Looks like a cut down panel truck.
Somehow I don’t think GMC had integral pick up boxes back then. 🙂
The early ’60s unibidy Fords had them as did the first generation of the Honda pickup.
