The side vents(?) on this are an unusual addition. This might be an interesting CJ-5 to check out.

I think I have seen those vents on another jeep you posted. There appears to be something bolted inside below the vents, maybe a cooler or heater, maybe a California modification.
Have seen a couple with vents , but different than these.
