This is a cool, retro lighter featuring Time and Life and a CJ-5. Why would it feature both Life and Time logos?

I believe LIFE and TIME were owned by the same company back then. Nice piece from the mid-60s.
I would assume this is an “advertising tie in” by word association, mutual agreement between Time-Life & Jeep, where cross advertising benefits both, like cross merchandising in today’s world.
Time/Life were one in the same back then…thats a cool piece.
