“This is an extremely custom 1952 Willys Jeep that has been extensively modified and is capable as a street, strip, or sand dune use.
It was a frame-off resto-mod project which features a boxed chassis, fabricated roll cage (certified), custom four link for rear suspension, and laser checked frame.
The engine is a professionally built (balanced and blueprinted) GM V8 Aluminum 406 ci / 7.0L block with aluminum DART heads, pro-comp high lift cam, Forged crankshaft/rods/pistons, and oversized oil pan. It has an Edelbrock intake manifold with 850 cfm Holley carburetor, Hooker headers with detachable mufflers/tailpipes
There is an MSD ignition with 2-step rev limiter that can be used for drag racing.
Transmission is a Turbo 400 with scatter shield controlled by a B&M Pro Ratchet automatic shifter attached to 3/4 ton 205 transfer case. Custom built heavy duty drive-shafts to professionally built 35 spline axles. Dana 60 with locker and 5.08 gears in rear and Dana 44 with 4.88 gears up front.
Wilwood disc brakes with steel braided lines on all 4 wheels with hand held hill brake.
Aftermarket fiberglass body with custom dash/interior. 10 gallon fuel cell, Red Top Optima battery with kill switch. Windshield is made of plexiglass.
The interior has Recaro race seats with Crow 5 point harnesses. There are Autometer gauges, and the steering wheel is detachable for ease of entry and exit.
Slight work would be required for full street legality. The total weight of this vehicle is only 2630 pounds and it has approximately 500 hp and 500 tq! There is more than $30k in just parts to build this Jeep.
