Great picture. Probably early-mid 1942 due to absence of blackout driving light on drivers fender.
Now that carrier certainly earned the name “Jeep Carrier”!
Looks like Dodge Personnel Carriers in the foreground, then rows of Jeeps until after the 2nd gun, and then something else. Eric’s right. Jeeps look pretty austere. Missing the gun rack also. Oakland Bay Bridge. Be neat to know the back story.
