Never heard of one of these with the Perkins. Super rare if true
I’m very skeptical that it’s a factory Perkins. I’ve never seen or heard of one either. I do know some of the Mahindra FC’s used a copy of the Perkins engines and I’m not real familiar with those. This is definitely not the engine that the CJ’s used looking at the valve cover. I did text a bit with the seller and he said the engine was froze up from sitting. I came to the conclusion that about the only potentially useable part for ME, would be the bellhousing. And it doesn’t make sense to pay $1800 for a bellhousing.
