We saw this picture for sale before this past year or so. I’m not buying the caption given. Looks more like a group of Navy CPOs piled in Jeeps heading for liberty (leave). Nothing about this looks like a group heading to address enemy tanks. Jeepwise, WW2 Jeeps were the first into Korea. These look like they were commandeered for the liberty from a motorpool where they were stripped for parts: gun rack missing, vacuum wiper lines ripped out, spare tire missing, etc.

I think Barney has it exactly right. Look at that porker in the second jeep from the camera no way is he a combat anything thats a Navy Chief if ever I saw one LOL And I was in the NAVY.
