The engine oil filter mount suggests the engine is later than a CJ-2A.

The ad expired, but I believe that the seller put up a new ad here: https://sacramento.craigslist.org/pts/d/diamond-springs-willys-jeep-cj5-cj7/7226656406.html . He doesn’t listed the rear seat, but you might try contacting the seller via Craigslist as maybe he still has it.
