“1952 Willys m38. Runs good. Lots of work done over the years. 2 combat wheels. 2 solid wheels. Body was fiberglased at one time glasses over battery tray and gauge panel. Have new used one to replace but it is a m38 body. Has a mb grill with the flip back headlights. Has a leaky rear. 50cal is a replica turned into a squirt gun. Comes with trailer also.”
Interesting that many posts listed here on EWillys come out of Howell TWP. NJ. Maybe it was the influence of Morris Ratner. (
Mike: I suspect someone out of Howell is buying/selling jeeps? I haven’t analyzed it too carefully, so don’t know if the location/contact info is the same.

Joe, yes he was, I miss the OLD GUYS, no need for a computerized inventory, Morris knew where everything was. Joe, by any chance, did you know of John Van Dine, 155 Rout 17 Paramus NJ? He was another old time, old line Jeep parts guy, you asked for a part, and he’d disappear into the darkness of his building, and come back 20 minutes later with part in hand. Those were the good old days I always talk about. Would like to see photographs of these old guy favorites, I keep looking, haven’t found any.
