“Jeep FC-170 long wheelbase. Super Hurricane straight 6 engine, 4wd, flatbed, set up for hydraulic dump bed but not fully hooked up. Starts and runs really sweetly, engine idles around 600rpm. New windshield. Lots of body work done on a reproduction cab.”
Reproduction Cab?
Maybe they meant “reconstructed cab”? I haven’t heard of a reproduction cab.
Nice Looking Rig, I wish I could get it back to Its glory days, unfortunately I can’t afford to Buy it at this point in time, But by the time I can get the Cash it will be sold.
I am not a facebook user so I can not express my interest in this vehicle unless you contact me

There was a guy about 20 years ago bringing new Mahindra cabs into the US. At the time I inquired, I didn’t have the money needed to buy one, but you could get a new cab at one point that I guess might be considered a “reproduction cab”.
Mitch: I had never heard that about the “reproduction cabs” … just something else to watch for!

I exchanged a few e-mails with whoever it was and got pricing. I want to say it was about $2400 for a new Mahindra bare cab, but it was at least 20 years ago. I think that even included shipping from India. There were some minute differences between the Mahindra and Jeep cabs, but nothing that was a deal breaker to put one on a Jeep.
