Looks nice. Mine is also ex-fire jeep with water tank removed. These 5/4 ton trucks ride rough and stiff. Good for hauling firewood around farm. Or dragging trees if you don’t have a tractor.

Wow: I really like this one… probably good I don’t live anywhere nearby; would have to at least look at it. BTW, is the left rear hub protruding significantly? Did this have dual rear wheels?

The rear hubs are protruding but only because those are military tie downs for transport. They bolt on to the end of the hub. Not a dually. Dana 60 front and Dana 70 rear. These are awesome trucks. Looks like a good candidate for restoration.

i almost bought a m-725 once — still had blood in it — all over the operating room floor — surgical light — flip down rear stairs — gurneys — i couldn’t see camping in it — too much blood , i lost friends in viet-nam — the weak link in these is that sicko 230 motor — drop it out , bolt in a 327 corvette , i have a rebuilt one right here — ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM !!! — still would have a top speed of 50 mph thanks to the 5.87 to 1 diffs ..
