Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Two complete jeeps. The yellow is a 53’ and the green one is a M38. The yellow Jeep has a title but the green one does not. They both just need put together. Price includes 5 different engines, tons of parts, extra parts and a Willy’s generator as well! Generator has 535 total hours on it.”
It’s been my astute observation, that a restoration project will never be finished by its current owner and likely put up for sale in a number of years once a weedeater is stored in the restoration project.
While not the first “law of jeeps”, it could be one of those laws. Funny (sad) thing is for several years there was a weedeater laying across the front of Lost Biscuit (I have since removed it).
