Body is in good condition for its age (70 years old)
I had been running Mallory EFI fuel pumps, but with the third at $250+ I decided to replace it with a cheaper in line EFI fuel pump. After replacing the fuel pump and several of the fuel lines I ran it around the property and made sure there were no fuel pressure issues. When I went to hook up my plow for the winter something broke in the clutch, it is currently stuck in neutral, transmission will shift into all gears but has no drive due to something in the clutch area
(clutch fork wiggles back and forth, may be broke?)
I have a shoulder injury that is workers comp and I am not willing to risk doing any damage to that by removing the engine or transmission. It was easier to just put the plow on my F250, so now I have come to the conclusion I really just don’t need the Willys anymore and will probably never do anything with it
$3,800 in the engine conversion and upgrades alone, This was done March – September 2002
Have all receipts and a 37 page “photo book” documenting the engine swap
The vehicle was used minimally running around in the National Forest around Divide, CO and then primarily just for plowing. Minimal mileage after the conversion
Extreme potential for a serious off roader / rock crawler (5.38:1 Axle Ratio)
Asking $5,500.00 BUT I am open to negotiation – Any REASONABLE offer will be entertained
Here is my standard Craigslist disclaimer, because it seems like Marketplace is the new Craigslist…….
If you are not paying cash. Please do not waste my time or yours. I am not falling for the “transport company will come with cashiers check”, or any other scam… heard them all. Cash and Carry ONLY
LOCAL delivery possible after FULL PAYMENT is received, depending on location and time frame
Does the Jeep have a current Colorado Title in your name?
