If it is hand made someone did a very nice job.
Looks like a balsa wood model kit from the late 40s or 50s. Same type of printing (under back seat area) I’d find on them when I built them in the early 60s. Good modelers back them mixed their own paint and went into great detail. Front grill looks pre-punched out. Too much metal in it for a ww2 era toy. So I say it’s a post war kit, and a nice piece!
