UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5000
(12/02/2019) Has some rust in the spare tire mount area. The driver’s side front rim has three holes drilled in it. I can’t remember seeing that on any other rims? The odd look of the photos appear to be a quick removal of background stuff from the photos, which, depending on what you have in your garage, is a good idea.
“Hello, I am selling a 1950 Willys Jeep CJ3-A. This Jeep was running and insured but has been stored inside and not driven the last few years. I have a title for it and it will also need tabs. It maybe needs a battery as well, It is still on 6 volt current, a 12 volt battery was hooked in for ease of starting. It has the Go-Devil 4 cylinder and manual transmission and 4 wheel drive. The body is better then many of the Jeeps of this era that I have seen, it needs TLC and is not perfect but solid. It is a good Jeep that should be driven. I also have a brand new 300.00 windshield and weather striping for the Jeep if interested. Contact me with any questions. 5,000 obo Will consider serious offers, Thank You”
I think, (not sure) those 3 holes on the rim are for hubcap clips, I have them on all 4 rims of my 48 2A, as a result, I was able to use 67 dog dish Jeepster hubcaps.
Pass side has a fair bit of rot and patching. Needs to be a bit better for 5k. Redoing the seats would help the look a lot.
Is this still available? could I look at it tomorrow? (Sat 5-23-20) I’ve been looking for a Flat Fender for a while now but haven’t had much luck. This is a little more that I wanted to spend but maybe i’ll need to step up a little.
I have cash so maybe we can work something out?
Let me know What you think.
This is or was a Facebook ad don’t know if it’s still on but you would have to contact through Facebook marketplace.
George,
I checked the link and it appears the jeep has sold. I’ve updated the post.
