There’s a tag suggesting this was a reconditioned jeep at some point. It’s likely a mix of GPW and MB parts, along with some civilian/other parts (such as the rims, seats, bumper).

“Beautiful restored. Runs perfect, 5527 original miles. Engine was overhauled at 4121 miles. New exhaust, new military rims with new 6 ply Firestone tires. Looks like a “Refurbished by Bechtel-McCone” dash plaque. My dad’s Jeep salad (GPW-CJ2A) has a similar one.
