Seems odd to have the winch mounted below the bumper ?
I thought so also. Don’t see a pto lever. 6volt? Or crankshaft powered? Some old school tires. Can’t tell on my phone very well, but should be able to id 2aor3a by the front of the rear wheelhouse. Different slopes.
