UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2200.
Markusz is selling this DJ-5. Looks in good shape.
“1982 AM General DJ5 United States Postal Service Jeep. Right hand drive automatic jeep. Pretty decent gray paint job with Army Vinyl theme. Runs, drives and stops. Lights, horn and locks work. Custom rear bumper. All glass and glass seals in good shape. Does not overheat, 4 cylinder engine runs smooth and transmission shifts as it should. Newer carpet inside. Decent shape tires. Good emissions and clean title, notarized ready to transfer. $2200 obo. Could be a cool little offroad toy or rat rod project.”
Do you still have this jeep
Hi Jay,
It looks like this one sold. I’ve updated the post.
Over the last two years, the prices of DJ-5s have jumped. It used to be common place to find a running, solid, DJ-5 for between $1500 and $2000. They are much more rarer now.
