This looks like the flatty that was for sale in AZ for a while. Price is a couple thousand more than I remember, but it definitely has the same build. Hasn’t been that long since they sold it…just wonder if there’s anything wrong with it or if they are just trying to flip it.
I will have to check on that later. But, yeah, it does ring a bell.
Yeah, you’re right. It sold out of Huntington Beach last year. I believe it ended up at $5500 after several price drops. I wondered the same thing, a flip or a problem.
