Depending upon how you look at it, this Jeep? is a work of art or piece of work. The early VW bugs had only 36HP and were considered under powered. Aside from that, the time and cost to build such a strange vehicle with no known purpose is beyond my comprehension. We live in a strange world I no longer understand.
