UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8700.
Steve shared this truck for sale. Seems in good shape.
“1961 Willys Truck 4×4- Clean title in hand
152,XXX miles estimated.
Roughly 17,000 on a rebuilt motor
Continental 226 Super Hurricane, 3spd on the floor, with 4×4
New Pistons, Rings, Bearings, Intake and Exhaust Valves, Seals & Gaskets
New Fuel Pump, Clutch
New Stake body springs, rocker panels, front and rear brakes, drums, brake lines, brake master cylinder, springs, bushings, hinges, and u-bolts.
Has an FM radio with internal antenna and aux output with pioneer speakers.
Interior was repainted, seats reupholstered, new floor mat, new recovered door panels, new headliner, almost new tires.
It fires up strong and runs like a top.
Cons: doors don’t line up as well as they should, but they still latch strong, paint is a 10 footer.”
I really like this truck a lot. I can see myself driving this truck! It looks real clean and unmolested. Thank goodness it’s in Philadelphia which is to far for me to look at first hand!
Dark green?
SORRY , NOT A REAL STAKEBODY , ITS HOME-MADE , I HAVE 2 OF THE REAL ONES , WAY DIFFERENT , LOTS OF PEOPLE FABRICATED A FLATBED WHEN THEIR PICKUP BOX RUSTED OUT …
Dark Green?
Yes! Looks like it’s right out of ancient times long ago. I wouldn’t like it if it was bright yellow or baby blue. Idk, just my opinion.
It almost looks black. I don’t have any pick ups. The one the Farm Jeep did for ewillys was awesome. If anybody in the general Phoenix area has an old jeep that needs work, these are the guys to call. Big job, little job.
Dave
