I only placed in Phoenix due the p#. I could be wrong about the location. It very well could be northern AZ as Vernon notes.
If it is in Arizona, it is at an elevation above 7,000 ft, where the aspen trees grow, near Flagstaff or in the White Mountains of eastern Arizona.
