Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
There are plenty of interesting, unusual, historic and surprising stories related to Jeeps and their owners. In addition, some of these features have nothing to do with jeeps. This link will display all featured stories starting from the latest.
Looking for parts and not sure where to go? There are a variety of large and small new and used parts sellers both online and offline.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Updates will resume Tuesday.

I just gotta ask, because obviously we have a big number of cross-over readers here between ewillys and OldWillysForum – what’s happening over there? It’s been down for at least a week…. when will it be back?
old willys never die they just rust away … that’s why mars is red , lots of old willys rusting away …
That’s all very interesting, but has nothing to do with what I am asking about….
Hi Don,
I don’t know anything about it, but I looked on their facebook page and learned this from Pete:
“A huge Thanks to everyone for being patient while we rework the forum! We’ve been down for nearly a week now, way longer than I expected… In the last nine years, the forum has never been down for more than 24 hours.
The conversion of the forum database to the new forum software is well underway, and should be wrapping up this afternoon if all goes according to plan. Getting the image attachments and gallery reconnected is the hardest part, and takes the longest. Once we get the basic forum up and running, we will be adding all the details back into the forum (graphics, icons, avatars, new features, etc) over the coming weeks.
Looking forward to seeing you all back on the forum shortly!”
Hi Dave – Thanks very much for that! It simply never occurred to me to look on Facebook… Now I know everything is fine, and I will sleep much better.
I just learned that the forum is back up! https://www.oldwillysforum.com/forum/index.php
Yep, I saw that too! Now, life can return to normal – ewillys and OldWillysForum…. thanks for facilitating communication on this, Dave.
