UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay
Seller lists this as a 1956, but it doesn’t look like a narrow track to me. And, I technically, the first year for the FC-150s was 1957.
“$3800 or best offer.
This was a Arizona truck so there is very little rust. Rebuilt 4.3 V6 , turbo 400 , Dana 18 transfer case. Wide track axles , all new bearings , brakes , shocks & leaf springs. 1 rear cab corner has a little rust but I have replacement corners. Box needs sandblasting for surface rust. New rear fenders and tail gate. New exhaust , starter and alternator. I Have original seats and old glass that can be used as a template to cut new glass. I also have original front bumper , door handles and latches, dog house and all mounting flanges.Very rare serial # 498 !! New duratrac tires have never been driven on. New Edelbrock 4 barrel carb and manifold. New 65 mustang radiator with electric fan. The only thing I know is missing is the heater box. I have receipts for most everything. Title is clear and signed over, new owner field is blank.
Have extra wide track axles, gas tank , door, 4 stock 15″ wheels, 2 16″ wheels. 2 T90 3 speed transmission’s , T18 transfer case and many more parts.”
I think this one sold on eBay for $4050 yesterday.

Could be a 57 Narrow Track. The too wide Cj7 wheels and wide tires disguise the look.
Thanks for the update Zach.
Zac: I was wondering about that, too. I can’t quite tell.
The spring hangers are beside the frame which is wide track. And the cavity behind the grille is the more open design.
Blaine .. Now I’m just feeling stupid not to think of that 🙂
Do a lot of guys mount the radiator like that
I have a 327 in mine but I’m looking at radiator placement options. The ebay pictures have the radiator laying downing in front of truck
Andrew,
I haven’t worked on FCs enough to be familiar with radiator mounting options. I’d ask the guys over at the FC Connection Forum: http://members4.boardhost.com/jeepfc/ . They will know more.
