Maury spotted this on eBay and I bought it, thought for the life of me I don’t think it was something I needed. The ingredients on the box claim it was butter and eggs, but now I see on the side there was more used than just that. Perhaps dried scrambled eggs? I’ll know more when I get home and can examine the box.

Blum’s was a fabulous outlet in San Francisco which offered a true soda fountain, booths, and tables. They were always open, especially late. If you desired a banana split with butterscotch topping, you got it. If you wanted a burger, you got it. It was a really super clean and nice place to take a date as a teenager. They offered boxes of candy and all kinds of stuff. Thanks for reminding me. S.
I can’t make out everything, but I can see “fresh ranch eggs and creamery butter, fresh dairy cream, chocolate, sugar, coffee, egg whites, pectin, molasses, gelatin, salt, gum arabic, ?, butter, corn syrup, nuts, citric and ? acid, glycerin, ?, U.S. certified ? and ?.”
Kind of sounds like a sweet gelatinous substance of some type. Once I get home I’ll look at the package more closely and do some research.
