This is the same one that being sold in Maine a short while back. He was asking just under 5K. Must be a flip attempt.

Not too far from me. I like it, but the price is about double what I would pay.
And here is the ad link from March 2018, showing the new price is nearly double the old price from March. I wonder if the new owner did anything significant to justify the significant price increase, other than retrieve it from a more remote area and bring it further south?
