What’s that on the back? A feeder of some type?
“Up for sell is a 1954 Jeep Willys M38A1. It has been great to us but we no longer need it due to us selling our ranch. It was repainted in a line-x paint about 4 years ago and had a majority of things replaced. It has new mud tires and new locking warn hubs put on before we parked it a couple of months ago. 3 Speed manual, 4X4 works great just needs a carburetor kit and a battery and will be up and running. It can be started if you would like to see it on. We also do have original fuel tank but had a small leak so we took it off but it can be repaired. Can send more info and better picture on request. I believe the thing on the back is a broadcast spreader, like for seeding a pasture, or perhaps for spreading fertilizer.
More than likely for spreading corn for deer.
Yep a ranch feeder. They use them in Texas on guided hunts. The deer, antelope, exotic African and wild boar come running when they hear the Jeep and feeder going to town. Out there you can hunt from the vehicle over the baited road or any other baited spot. Believe me, it doesn’t take long for the animals to figure out it’s dinner time! CEO’s don’t care as long as they get a trophy or a kill for pictures. Most of the time the meat is donated to state underprivileged or to homeless shelters. Local butchers help out. But that feeder isn’t cheap neither and if included with the winch, then this is a really good price.
