Looks good.
“1947 Willys Jeep CJ2A for sale. I bought this Jeep in 1999. I am only the third owner of this 70 year old vehicle. I completed a total frame off restoration on it. Everything was restored to original with the exception of a 12 volt conversion. I have taken this Jeep to two car shows and did win an award at one of them.
Since I did a lot of the work myself, this could be considered an amateur restoration. Some of the work completed during the restoration include: Engine was rebuilt by Ron’s machine shop in Ohio – Frame was sandblasted and painted – Wheels were sandblasted and powder coated – New body tub and front fenders from Willys-Overland in Toledo – Original hood, grill, tailgate, and windshield frame – I rebuilt transmission, transfer case, and carburetor.”
I think this deserves a “nice” tag.
Lots of time and money into this. Great job.
Beautiful. Certainly not amateur based on the results.
Agreed. I forgot to tag it at all … Tagging complete!
Nice jeep, I was wondering if some guys use the metal seat backs to gain some more seating room. I have not sat in one, but probably not too uncomfortable.
I couldn’t say why, but I agree with you.
This one is really sweet! The underhood detail really jumps out.
I am looking for a daily driver CJ2a
I would like to stop by to look at your jeep. Where are you located and is there a convenient time
Do you have a titiel (Ohio, Kentucky, other)?
