UPDATE: P**SOLD** Was $850. Joe noted the body looks to me an M-38.
(08/10/2016) “For sale i have a Jeep willys flat fender cj2a, i believed its a 1948. It has the stock, diferentials and transfer case, dana18. No tittle for it. What you see is what you get. Call me for more info. ”
Glove box. m38? It must be in the U.S. because in the back round there is a U.S. border patrol truck with Arizona plates
Looks about the way you would find it if you left it in the desert for a couple of days.
That’s a San Luis PD patrol vehicle. Says Police on the rear and has an Arizona Government plate. USBP has federal license plates. Either way it’s on the US side.
Jason in Tucson
looks like a cowl battery box as well. don’t see any tool indents and the dash
doesn’t look M38 either. Hmmmm.
Doesn’t look like new add includes transmission.
Good catch Paul. Thanks!
Dave,
What are your thoughts on the possible “M-38-ness” of this? Cowl battery hatch and glove box but no pass side tool indents…???
Joe, it sure does look like one. I’d guess they were removed or filled in.
