It’s a DJ that has had 4WD added.
“1958 4 x4 with winch. Bought out of a warehouse. Been sitting for awhile. I haven’t tried to get it running yet. Needs master cylinder. I’m looking for a good skid steer for trade or best offer.”

First impressions from the picture it looks like a pretty nice conversion but I haven’t contacted the seller. Craigslist ad shows the data plate serial number as 56337 13253 from Nashville TN.
Note that early DJ3A’s data plates had the numbers stamped from the front. Later model DJ3A Dispatcher data plates have the numbers reverse stamped.
56337 13253 would be a 1957 production run, but very likely this one might have been been sold and titled in 1958.
