Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Runs and drives, but has some rust.

“For sale 1960 Jeep Fc170. All stock running gear. Straight six “Hurricane” flathead, 3spd, Dana 53 rear axle, closed knuckle Dana 44 front. 4.88s. Has typical FC rust issues around interior of windshield, cab corners, but all there and pretty solid. Frame is really nice shape. Surface rust on it, but no issues. Would be a great canidate to restore, or drive around with beautiful patina. Runs and drives fair, Needs some minor repairs, but I have driven 100+ mile trips in it. $6000. O.b.o. have 2 house payments and need gone. Text/call with any ?s. Not interested in any trades. ‘
