Here’s a rare set of Kelly hubs.
“Kelly Mfg. Automatic locking hubs. These are off of a 1953 Willys CJ3a, but, should fit most Jeeps with a Dana 25 or 27 front axle. They are ten spline. These hubs were usually dealer installed options, and are in very good shape, and in working order. Great for a restoration project. $80.00, or would consider trading for a good 5.38 ring and pinion for the same Dana 25/27 front axle.”

They look good on the Jeep, but there is a problem once the innards wear.
There are ball bearings inside that work the locking mechanism.
Once the portion that the bearings ride on wears beyond a certain point, you cannot unlock the hubs.
Turn the dial to free, and it will turn back towards the lock position by itself (a result of the wheel turning),
I would think they could be repaired, but it is best to have several so that you can make a usable pair.
