UPDATE:  The seller has dropped the price to $2000 and is throwing in a beat up 1952 M-38.  I’d say this is a good price.

(12/27/09) The seller notes that this would not make a good original restoration projection.

“I have a 1952 M38 for sale along with a 1955 M170. The M38 is still 24 volt and would make a great restoration project, it does not run. The M170 has been converted to 12 volt and has aftermarket seat frames, it would also make a great project. The M170 was a military ambulance when it was in service. Both are classic vehicles and would be great for trail jeeps or collectibles. I priced them together and cheap because i need to get rid of both of them.
