Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. How do some of these jeeps from dry climates end up with surface rust? Are they just sandblasted by blowing desert sand?
I think it is the sun baking the paint off the metal. The sand may play a role, too.
I’d buy this in a heart beat if it wasn’t the other side other continent.
