Yeah, that was my first thought too, that old “carphone” CB is awesome !
I had one of those old car phones in my State police vehicle back in the 1980s. It was more of a radio phone that a phone, as it had a push to talk on the handset and you dialed the number by pushing buttons. Old style, but it worked.
I think the two-way radio in this truck is most likely a Johnson Messenger 130 or 130A citizens band transceiver:
