Glenn forwarded this unusual DJ-3A. That’s probably a one-of-a-kind windshield. Was listed here in 2014.
“1957 Willys 2wd civilian model painted like army jeep. Motor and transmission are from an S10 pickup and run excellent. I just put a brand mew carburetor on it. This is a fun parade vehicle. I would not use it as a daily driver due to no power steering or power brakes or heater or top. It will run 55 but they were not made to do so. As you can see these were very small, about the size of a golf cart. I have put over 1000 miles on it and it has been all fun. I have taken it on trails that 4 wheelers use. It has radial tires because the bias ply was scary driving. I have a clear ILLINOIS title . It is street legal. Working lights, turn signals, horn and seat belts.”
This same DJ was previously listed as “SOLD” on this site.
Scroll down to July 17, 2014.
‘Asking’ price at that time was 4000.00.
Actual selling price was not verified.

Weird.
With a total of 35 bids this DJ, or what’s left of a DJ here was marked as sold for a total of 3551.00
Something must have fell through because now it is re-listed by the same seller with a buy-it-now price of 3500.00.
