Ready for the summer.
“Very origional and sound Jeep I restored a few years ago.
Painted to origional michigan yellow.
Engine rebuilt and runs great the transmission is tight and 4 wheel works like new. Still 6 volt electrical. Must see to appreciate.
I believe mileage to be correct but can’t prove.”
Looks well done. The green on the wheels is not a correct match.
I’m trying to figure out why a frame tag with a serial number that high is on inside left front frame rail. Its probably an earlier frame and they used the orignal rivet holes. you know what who cares it’s a nice looking Jeep.
I thought the same thing Peter. There are screws holding the tag on instead of rivets so it must have been moved there after restoration
I was also wondering about the placement.
Nice Jeep. Wish they had gone with an original carb. Isn’t that a later type air filter?
