This is a Newgren setup not monroe, and this is the same exact picture used to sell this 6 months ago.

Keith is right on , not a Monroe unit but same concept . Also not PTO driven ,it gets it power to run pump front crankshaft pulley . The round rubber doughnut slips over flat tabs that stick out on front pulley . Pretty cool you don’t see the Newgrens all that often
